- Preheat your oven to 250 degrees
- Place ribs in a shallow baking pan (do not overlap)
- Season to taste
- Cover
- Set in center of oven
- Cook for 2-3 hours.
- Slather with your favorite barbecue sauce and put back in oven for another hour
- When temperature of ribs reaches a minimum of 155 degrees, remove from oven and let sit five minutes before serving
